This book suggests that the American medical profession has not been honest with the American public and with the parents of newborn and older boys about circumcision. They portray it as good for health and as a parental right, when it is bad for health and men have the right to decide the fate of the foreskin of their own penis for themselves. The book discusses how circumcised boys, men, and their parents have legal claims against physicians who circumcise and their hospitals for battery, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
